At The Container Store, we value your satisfaction and offer a generous 180-day return window from the date of delivery. If your product does not meet your expectations or project needs, please contact us at service@containerstore.top with your Order Number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Eligibility

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, the following conditions must be met for all returns:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging, whenever possible.
  • Accessories & Parts: All accessories, manuals, and parts included with the item must be returned along with the product.
  • Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required for returns.

Important Notes:

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
Products returned in a condition that prevents resale may be subject to a partial refund or may be refused entirely.
Clearance items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Photos of the packaging if there is visible shipping damage

Exchanges

Refunds may take an additional 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
